Glaze - 'Rhubarb'

Inspired by my grandma Shirley. Growing up she cared for the most magnificent garden in her backyard. Taking up almost all of the real estate she had, nearly spilling into the creek that bordered their property.

More flowers than you could count and of course an abundance of Rhubarb. Freshly picked, chopped, and when combined with Strawberries, made the best pie you’ve ever had.

This glaze mirrors that rhubarb red. Adding swirls of white that resemble the melted ice cream over our warm Rhubarb pie.
